As of today, Otis is a legit pup. He is now registered with the AKC and I am his official owner. I got a certificate and everything.

I did run into a problem with his name. 4 other corgis had been registered as Otis. I could have done the boring thing and made him Otis V. Instead, I decided to give him a last name.
